Hi My name is Marie Menager. I am originally from Miami FL but I moved to Atlanta to finish school. I attend school at the Art Institute of Atlanta and i'll be graduating soon :). I also did an awesome internship with LeahandMark.com, which was pretty awesome. I am the most open minded and friendliest person you will ever meet. I originally started out with film cameras and studies for a year in San Fransisco. Over the years, I've noticed that my strengths are documentary photography and portraits. I like to photograph people that are not normal, people that we never notice. I love meeting new people and I always have my camera with me. I love people who can tell a story with their facial expressions. When I do a photoshoot, I take 15-20 minutes to get to know my model. When we start shooting, I ask them a random crazy question and capture their reaction. This method eventually gets them comfortable and the shoot is so much fun. It's like im your photography and therapist at the same time. I've had shoots that the model ends up in tears, happy, feels like i'm a long time friend, they give me hugs and thank me for letting them vent. That is exactly how I know photography is for me.

I am on model mayhem looking for any type of models. Pin ups, dancers, beauty school students who want to build their portfolios, regular, weird people, and people with character.

I will pay you in free prints for giving me your time. I will also need models for some homework assignments.
