About Me

I went through my own transformation period a little over 3 years ago after an ARM INJURY (see full story below & attached picture), and now I want to give back. I want to use my story to inspire others to believe in them selves & go after their dreams, live up to their full potential. I am very much into fitness and bodybuilding.

I am currently doing personal training in Greater Seattle area and East side Seattle areas. It is my passion and sincerest desire to help people achieve their fitness goals and live healthy lives.
