Hi my name is Laura Alexich I was born in Santa Barbara where I began my ballet training at the age of six. The love for ballet was instant. My training has consisted of classical and contemporary ballet. The collection of ballets in which I have performed includes, Giselle, Dracula, Serenade, The Little Mermaid, Cinderella, Swan Lake, The Other Side and The Nutcracker. From 2007 to 2009 I joined the cast dancing in Glory of Christmas and the Glory of Easter. Most recently I danced in "Loving the Silent Tears" directed by Vincent Paterson and choreographed by Bonnie Story, and Dance in the USA" with Pacific Ballet Theater. In addition I was a guest artist performing the role of the Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker this past season in Salinas CA. I am a professional ballet dancer, represented by Movement Talent Agency in Los Angeles. In the future I would like to take my dance training into new realms of work like acting and modeling. It would be very helpful to have access to contacts involved in those areas for some input, advice, and help in anyway they can give it to me. I am also interested in any help with good deals on new photos (head shots, dance pictures, etc.) I am currently perusing my dream as a dancer and ballet teacher in the Los Angeles area.
