I am a newly established owner of a photography business and have had some years of training under credited photographers. What started out as a young interest in modeling, turned into a passion for being behind the camera instead of in front of it. I assisted for a Maui based photographer for about five years and after much practice and an ever-growing hobby- was encouraged to start on my own.
I have much experience with maternity, family portraits and fashion but am branching out to commercial, rodeo, pageant portfolios, product photography, and weddings. I've helped quite a few people start their modeling portfolios so if you want photos done, I will shoot, edit, and give you a CD with your photos so you can use them for you portfolio. I don't have a studio yet so all sessions will be on-location until further notice.

Looking to collaborate with other makeup artists, wardrobe, and hair stylists in the area and/or visiting Maui.

***For the models and the aspiring model material: Open to discuss HIRE OR TRADE. I can assure you that my rates are extremely affordable and the cheapest ON-LOCATION rates you will find with any photographer on Maui. DO NOT MISTAKE THE AFFORDABILITY FOR LESSER TALENT; I keep my rates low in hopes that those seriously pursuing modeling as a career will have a running chance to get great quality photos, advice, critique, help, etc.
Please note that I do exceptionally well with CANDID photos because I'm the type of photographer that cherishes the 'in-between' shots and easily missed moments. Although I have lots of experience with guiding and posing my subjects, I've always felt a models strongest photo was shot that comes naturally.

****Also, I would prefer NO SUGGESTIVE OR PROFANE SHOOTS but might consider artistic nudity if you have a really creative idea. I like my photos to be tasteful and wholesome enough so I may show off to young AND older audiences.
