Picture Ky Studio by Ron Curtis is about displaying the People and Places of Kentucky. The photography is in both 2D (standard prints),and 3D (RED/BLUE glasses). The studio is over 3000sf and is equipped with lots of equipment, backdrops and props. There is a large 20 x 20 green screen area so the client can be placed just about anywhere.

Starting out as an event photographer, I quickly became bored with the event and fascinated with the event goers.

I would be very interested in building your portfolio as well as mine and will work in whatever set up you are comfortable with. I’m open to any creative projects and ideas that you may have. I'm looking to work with talented models to create amazing images with beauty and emotion that jump off the page. Did I mention that I shoot in 3D? While the 3D is a novelty the results are astounding. Of course for every 3d shot there are 2 standard pictures. Both are available to the client.

I shoot test or collaborative trade (TFCD) for select models/projects (min. 2 hours), and have paid an exceptional model's fair rate. Otherwise, I charge a very reasonable fee for photo sessions and prints or digital images. For students and other models I could use in my portfolio, I waive the session fee. Both experienced and inexperienced are welcome. We all start somewhere.

People have told me that I am very easy going and not demanding. As a result I find that my models tend to be more comfortable and open to suggestions.
