Ila Jipsy was born in Milan , Italy.
Since childhood was very into fashion , wearing her mum's clothes and steeling her make up, to color her face in the most crazy ways.
After graduated,she started working for the fashion industry, between model agencies , photographer agencies and travelled in India where she managed models in New Delhi.
But in her creative mind , that wasn't enough , something was missing...
So that's how she decided to attend MUD school in California to improve her skills to open her self the doors for a brilliant career in the make up industry.
