I am a photographer of 25 years. After the recession had me moving around all over the country for the past three years, I recently finally settled in San Francisco. When I started photography, there was no digital. Most everything I did on film was with my beloved Nikon F3HP. The more I have done, the less I am interested in doing shots that look like it's all been done before. I like employing contemporary items of daily use in my pictures because it documents the era like nothing else.... think of it as a "brick and mortar" embedded time stamp. I use 35mm DSLR Canon cameras for my photos and my favorite photography is action photography or an original studio setting (and with original I really mean original!). Mostly I do shoots with models on scooters or motorcycles. I regularly work with several models at one time for my shoots. Although I do try to do creative and unusual shoots, I think my action style is best described as "retro modern". Lots of warm light. I use some after effects but I do try to get my pictures as "natural" as possible. Not too much editing. I like capturing a natural feel and a happy, active and lively atmosphere.
