"If my pictures were music, you'd listen to them”

From the moment I picked up my little NIKON D40, I knew photography was the career for me. I have always loved being both in front and behind the camera, and it was 10 years ago that I started photography. Working on a variety of material, but most specifically the music scene, I have taken pictures of a selection of artists and even had the opportunity to photograph some of the biggest Pop, Rock and Metal genre stars of today, one of which included Dizzee Rascal.

As I am always interested in setting myself new tasks, I have ventured into Sports Photography, which includes photographing Sunday League Football teams, Boxing, Motor cross, BMX and Skateboarding events.
Throughout my photography career, I have spent a lot of time reflecting on things such as what is my "style" of photography, this of which takes a lot of time, and is a difficult thing to force. Therefore, I believe it is a lot more important to be more aware of the aesthetics and nature of the image that I see and striving to go beyond that to create a captivating image.
