Back in 2011 was when I really got interested in modeling. I was told I had a fun style to photograph and people told me I should try it. I did a couple shoots and back then I wanted to be a Suicide Girl but my photographer moved away as I had got accepted to send in a photoset. I never ended up sending anything in and therefore never made it on the hopefuls page. In the summer of 2012 I got an interview with a modeling agency here in Winnipeg. They told me I was too short and that I would be better suited for acting. Acting? I can't even convince people when I'm actually telling the truth. So, I contacted one of Canada's top five alternative models and she told me I would be better off independant with my style. She gave me her blessing which was a huge ego boost.

I like the aspect of modeling because it made me love my body and all it's flaws. Just like any teenager that plays rough, I have scars. Arms, legs, hands, and one on my chest from my cat. If I can love myself for the way I was made, I hope I can show others that they can love themselves, too.

I have a great interest for body modification. I have my nape pierced, a tattoo of wings wrapped in barbed wire on my back and an ankh on my left forearm. The 'alternative culture' is what I most identify with and would like to try and show that in my photos.

I was told about this site from a friend who had gotten some pretty nice propositions and if this helps me get out there then I will do my best to use every resource I can and I hope this site helps me with that.
