The core of this association was created by combining the unique vision of seasoned Hollywood Professionals that wanted to offer their impressive, high dollar and unique set of skills to people and industries all over the globe. InterFlix specializes in high quality digital Photography, Video Production and Post Production for Television, Movies, Publications and Ad Campaigns. InterFlix can handle any production from beginning to end. No need to have several different companies not communicating properly and causing headaches. InterFlix has a large list of professionals at our disposal and partnerships with well known names in the industry like Panavision, Nikon, ABC, NBC, FOX, Apple, Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, Disney, Paramount and Sony Pictures.

Perspective Clients or Models in need of portfolios:

If you are interested in teaming up with Interflix for your production or models with portfolio needs, please provide the following information:

1. Your Name and Name of the Company or Production you represent.
2. The type of production you are interested in: Portfolio shoot, Themed Shoot, Video portfolio or Post Production Services that are needed.
3. Dates and Location you are interested in.
4. Principal Photography needs such as Hair, Make Up, Wardrobe and so on.

Communication Policy:

For some reason today's technology has given way to proper business practices. When communicating with clients, models or artist providing services we have a very set in stone policy. You may inquire about our services, casting calls or upcoming productions via message. However, if we cannot have a five minute phone conversation with you then we don't need you period.

Do not have you so called manager (Boyfriend or Husband), act as the intermediary. We will simply hang up and move to the next person. If you can't be a professional and speak for yourself then go away. This policy is the same for us contacting you. If you don't know how to dial a number and speak like a normal person then start looking for a new career. Don't ask questions via Twitter, Facebook or Text Message. Pick up the phone, that's what it was designed for.

Models: Before contacting us, here are a few facts you should know:

1. InterFlix is not a modeling agency and we do not represent models to any degree. If we are contacting you it's because one of our clients has shown interest in using you in a production for TV, Cinema, Product Lines or Ad Campaigns. Please don't send us travel notices. If we are interested in your services, one of our casting staff members will contact you for rates and information.

2. All models will be required to sign a Modeling Release and Non-Disclosure Agreement, this is not negotiable. This is the only way to guarantee the integrity of our clients productions and protect the models form any of the nonsense that has been known to travel around the industry. None of us have time for games, so lets be direct, on time, completely professional and dependable. This will ensure a successful venture for all involved.

Management, Booking Agent or Agency Representation:

If you apply for a casting, open call or talent opportunity with us you must be able to work as a freelance actress, model or talent. We have our own casting department that has casted for movies, Tv Shows, Stage and Modeling and they are certified CSA's in Hollywood that have no time for the BS. If you can't represent yourself as a professional please don't waste your time contacting us. We will simply not place you in the running for any of our productions.

Castings, Try Outs, Test Shoots and Rehearsals:

Actors / Actress Models & Talent: You have chosen to enter and try to build a career in an industry where as an Actor or Actress you will have to try out for a part, Models on occasion will be required to test shoot and talent will be required to rehearse. If you are not willing to show professional commitment as is required by the industry we suggest you pick a new career. This is the industry, if you don't like it please move on.

Escort Policy:

We understand the need to feel secure in todays day and age. Safety is the first concern for every member of our productions. When traveling long distances we recommend you bring an escort that can assist you in your travels. There are even clients that will cover the cost of an escort. (Travel & Lodging Only) Escorts will also be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Escorts may not be present onset unless they intend to be helpful. (I.E. Move Lights, Hold Reflectors & all that jazz) Any escort who is disruptive will be escorted out by security. Escorts should keep their mouths closed and opinions to themselves. Do not give us the BS line of them being your manager! If your not Candice Swanepoel, Alessandra Ambrosio or Adriana Lima, the truth is:

A. Your not making enough to afford a manger
B. Not well known enough to need a manager
C. Have a jealous boyfriend or husband that sticks to you like glue
D. Last but not least, are way to into yourself and you need a friend! ha ha

A cousin, sister, best friend, friend, parent or family is okay as long as they understand their role and don't cause problems.

TFP/TFCD or Trade Period:

We are a professional production company and don't have time for trade on a normal basis. You may inquire for trade and see if one of our photographers would be interested in expanding his or her portfolio in a trade opportunity with a unique and above average model. These are a very limited opportunity with us. So please if your a plus size model, age 59 with a self esteem crisis don't bother contacting us as we will not answer.

Payment Policy:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

At InterFlix we understand that this is a business and in business you get paid. Our payment policy is as follows. 50% deposit will be paid to the model for retainer and the other 50% will be paid at the conclusion of the models portion of the production unless other arrangements are previously made. Travel and Lodging arrangements will be handled by our casting staff. Of course, our staff will be courteous and work with you to provide the best and easiest solution that will assist in your travels. Once again, safety is mandatory when working with us.

Using the clients photos in portfolios:

Being a model you must understand that a great deal of clients keep their products or productions under tight security until those products are ready to be placed in public view. At no point will you be allowed to release photos, video or any form of media to the public before they client has approved the products or productions for public view. NO, YOU CANNOT TAKE SELFIES AND POST THEM VIA FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM OR ANY OTHER FORM OF SOCIAL MEDIA WITHOUT THE CLIENTS PERMISSION. THIS INCLUDES TEXTING YOUR FRIENDS, BOYFRIENDS OR WHOEVER. WE ARE SERIOUS ABOUT THIS.

Our policy on nudity:

We do not now or will ever associate in the adult movie industry. If you interested in porn, GO AWAY. We do not support that industry. Tasteful Playboy style or artistic nudity is fine. Do not send us pics of you engaged in sex acts or even the idea of a sex act. We will block you from ever being associated in any of our productions.

Make Up Artist & Hair Stylist:

If you would like to offer your services to Interflix we have a list of requirements that must be met. We love to share experiences with other professionals. You must provide the following documentation:

1) Copy of Professional License issued by a state certified Institute or Beauty School. Movie, Television or other well known affiliations are excepted if verifiable through that productions HR departments.
2) Copy of State Occupational License, that allows them to perform the services in the state or country for which the production will take place. Yes, if your applying Make Up for compensation in Florida, New York, California or The UK you are required to have a license. Do not come to us a say you asked a cop and he said it was okay not to have one. Cops know nothing about entertainment law.
3) Certificate of Liability Insurance for $1,000,000 (one million dollars) issued in the name of the company or individual by an Insurance Company authorized to issue coverage in the state or country of which the production will take place. If a company you will also be required to provide a copy of your workman's compensation policy or workman's compensation exception.

We need to receive this documentation at least 15 days prior to the production start date to allow us to verify the information.
