About Me

Eclectic found material is the inspiration and source for Julia Barbee, who has had a recycled wearable line in Portland, Oregon for over 10 years. Wanting to pair her love for making, with a philosophical and theoretical background, she went back to school and earned her Master of Fine Arts. Her degree work was a process-based study using scent as the platform for sculptural performance, and it is this methodology that has shaped her collection of one-of-a-kind pieces.
