About Me

I am a classically trained artist working in traditional media such as Oils, Pastel, and Metalpoint (Silver and Gold point) drawing.
I am a graduate of the professional program at Nelson Shank's Studio Incamminati (www.studioincamminati.org) in Philadelphia, PA and I previously graduated from Delaware College of Art and Design in 2007. I have over 10 years of working with models, both in a classroom/studio setting, as well as private sessions.
I am an Instructor in the professional program at Studio Incamminati, as well as the Upper School Art teacher at Doane Academy in Burlington, NJ. In addition to these traditional visual arts practices I also run a small videography business.
Working from life means that I have a constant need for good, reliable, professional models. I treat my models with the utmost respect and always acknowledge the importance of your work to my work. I give frequent pose breaks, heaters/fans/AC when needed, and provide a safe, friendly, and comfortable work environment.

"Jarred was wonderful to work with! He worked at a nice, relaxed pace and always made sure I was comfortable and okay. He'a a patient and caring artist and truly appreciates the work we do as the model. I also appreciates that he provides opportunity for longer days and ongoing work.
