About Me

My names Mikey; a 27 year old Aussie guy. Well travelled and educated. Currently residing on the Gold Coast, Australia.

I freelance alot - Have worked professionally as well for a studio owned by Australian business person of the year a few years back. I learnt photography whilst travelling. Since then I have worked with Gold Medal Olympians, Ralph models, well known international bands and CNN America to name a few; and have won awards with Nikon, Surf Life Saving Australia, Heritage Building society and a few others. I really enjoy mixing art in with photos, and trying new and weird stuff. So I like working with people that are keen to try stuff and not feel weird about it!

Outside of photography... if your interested - I have done some pretty sweet stuff - Worked as the Resort Manager of Hamilton Island, managed a ski lodge in Japan, worked for a Saudi Prince in Sardenia, Italy and travelled through some wicked countries like Cambodia, Spain and Vanuatu just to name a few! :-)
