Philosophy and attitude is everything. I think it was Eleanor Roosevelt who said, "Your perception of me is not my reality." Well, Ms. First Lady, I must kindly disagree. While this adage may feel as real as the pimples on your chin when you're a rebellious young one or the sheltered wife of the nation's most influencing man, it could not ring less true as you grow older and experience life. As you develop real goals you finally realize that in order to get ahead you must adapt and, despite what the rebel inside you says, do your best to make people like you. It took me a while to come to this realization, but if people have a negative perception of me, I am bound to get negative results. So my goal is to show up to any shoot, become a chameleon, and blow everyone away. Positive thinking = positive results, and the universe knows I need all the positivity I can get :)

I don't think that anyone is destined for anything. I think there are certain people who are born with the ability to do particular things; there are definitely those who are designed with advantages over others. But no one is MEANT for anything, and if one is not willing to work hard, he/she could allow those advantages to fly away. I am a firm believer that if you want something you must be ready and willing to dedicate yourself to it - no matter what it is. Only the strong will survive and excel, especially in the world of fashion. Those not willing to work and work hard need not apply. I know that even though I am fortunate to be taller than average, looking pretty is not enough to make it in this business. There are a lot of very, very beautiful women on this planet, but only those who are willing to sacrifice, persist, and have a very tough skin can make it where they want to go, and I am ready to show the vast world of beauty and fashion that I can go the distance. I am looking for as much exposure as I can get, as much talent as I can look up to, and as much knowledge as I can soak up. Of course there are still standards, and there are certain shoots in which I am not willing to partcipate, but if you are serious about furthering your career and developing my own, please get in touch with me! I love everything about modeling from the constant need to remind myself to eat well and exercise, to coming up with concepts for shoots, all the way through to lighting, editing and coming out with a finished product you can be proud of. FASHION IS PASSION. I am obviously not a woman of few words, but I'll just say I look forward to meeting many of you and being a part of one another's work...let's create some magic and have fun doing it!! :)
