MIKAT [me-kat] is the amalgamation of the Italian word ‘Mi’, meaning me, and my nickname ‘Kat’. A bohemian luxe label, that creates statement accessories handmade by leather artisans.

I am Katrina Wright. Raised on the scenic NSW Central Coast, I spent my childhood summers on the beach and in my stylish Nana’s wardrobe. It was here that my love affair with accessories and appreciation of the smallest things began. For the record, my Nana is the most inspiring woman I know. Since then, my desire for endless travelling and passion for music, gives me the drive and a journey behind each MIKAT design.

The MIKAT collection is handcrafted by talented leather artisans who bring my designs to life. MIKAT combines my passion for detail, colour and texture. Using only the finest milled leathers, suedes and exotic skins, I am able to create pieces with genuine character.
