Hi! I am a grad student in Davis, 29, female. That's not me in the photo -- it's one of my friends who is sick of sitting for portraits for me :) I am trying to put together a more polished photography portfolio. Thus I am looking for an amateur model and/or stylist in Davis who is interested in collaborating with me.

I am personally interested in classic portraiture and glamour shots, as well as more arty concept shoots. Ideally I would like to start a engagement/wedding-oriented business and am actually also looking for real couples to take photos of.

But I am really open to ideas and would love if you came with ideas of shots you would like to try or if you need something specific for your own portfolio. I shoot in mainly in natural light but I am trying to get more into flash. I have a small studio lighting set up at my house. I have a beauty dish, a softbox and various other flash accessories I would love to use more.

Basically I am looking for someone with a unique look and their own artistic vision who is punctual and comfortable being in front of a camera and can do their own hair and make-up until I can find a stylist to work with. Being around over winter break would also be great, as I will be renting a f1.8 85mm lens to shoot a wedding in December and want to make the most out of it!
