Greeting fellow members,
A little bit about me-
My name is Jora and I live, work and play in Chico, Ca. I began modelling about two years ago and fell in love with it and havent stopped since. I fell into this carrer by accident but found it to be a form of artistic expression that suit my personality. It's not just a chance for me to express myself artistically but also a way of getting to explore different sides of myself. I've worked on projects in many different genres of modelling and have enjoyed every expereience. I take advantage of every chance I get to work with a new photographer and learn and soak up as much as I can. I do of course have specific genres that I am partial to but I am very open to broadening my horizons in the future. I take my work very seriously and put my heart into EVERY project I participate in and I feels that it really shows in my photos. I take direction very well (no baggage or attitude), and have to problem with contrustive critizisim.
What I'm looking for in a photographer-
Like I said before, I'm very open to working with new photographers but I do have a few requirements. All I ask is that you have an open and creative mind and are willing to work with me equally on the project. I dont believe in just showing up and shooting and not having plans ahead of time, I will work just as hard as the photographer on a project. I love photography, it amazes me how much a photo can affect the viewer. I find myself not being interested in taking an typical aesthetically beautiful photo but instead find myself drawn toward photos that tell stories or capture private moments. I strongly feel that a good photo shouldnt just draw your attention but should stop you in your tracks and promote conversation and thought. Theres nothing in the world like being part of creating a photo that really reaches people and thats what I'm looking for.
