Fashion was not a part of his everyday life, however, a wonderful talent sprouted from him out of the confines of the Bronx. Because of his intimidating size, many thought he would pursue a career in football, but his true passion was in the cosmetic world of beauty. With over five years of skin care expertise and makeup experience, Damion has been involved in the world of fashion, beauty and runway. He is also an expert in makeup training in USA and the Caribbean.
Based in New York City, his distinguished style is to perceive makeup as an art form is starting with a clean canvas of skin, blending it into a clean, well-balanced color palette to finish the face.
“One of the greatest things about make up is that it has the ability to empower women and build their self esteem,” says Mr. Gerardo. “But with so many products on the market and so many different types of applications, women get lost in the make up and are often discouraged from trying out new and different things. That’s where I come in.”
Damion realized early on that the “every day” woman wants to look like the “models” they see on the pages of magazines or even to look like a glamourous “Hollywood actress” one day and then a “rock star” the next.
