*Location (studio or on location) - Please provide an address or actual location
*Provisions for MUA, stylist, wardrobe, accessories, etc.
*Pay or Rates (if applicable)- Please mention if looking for TF, I will assume I am being paid for my time if pay is not addressed.
*Turnaround time for images- This should be no longer than 1-2 weeks.
*Planned usage of images taken- These should be covered in Model Release/Contract
