Originally specializing in accessory design, ElMaadawy achieved experience and exposure on the international circuit with Cairo's Soucha Fashion House. His alluring designs were perfect for the culturally rich and diverse Middle East and North Africa regions. His lines for Soucha have been innovative and edgy and he has a unique gift of being able to create couture and ready to wear which is both empowering and enticing. In 2012 ElMaadawy's creative confidence grew with the launch of his signature brand Titus. With Titus, ElMaadawy continued his fearless drive in moving the fashion industry forward with passion and vitality.

ElMaadawy's influences are bold and romantic with earlier collections themed on gladiators, vampires, desert queens and Arabian nights - all speaking of strength and passion. The spirit of the desert, seemingly inexpressible in words, was realized and captured through the medium of dark sensuous fabrics and impossibly graceful arabesque creations.
