To whom it may concern,

I am a young talent looking to make my debut in the modelling industry. I am very adaptable and malleable. I can show attitude when necessary and be timid if that is called for. My natural demeanour is quite easy going I like to have fun and try new things. I am also very health conscious I don't drink or smoke and eat very well. I also play basketball on a regular basis, 3-4 times per week for an hour each session.

I have been encouraged by my family and friends to pursue a modelling career, apparently I have the “runway” look. I think my tall, lanky frame is conducive to this industry. I also think I would be marketable because of my ethnic background, Trinidadian, I have a unique look that is not typical in the industry. I have recognized that my physical attributes are a gift, that not many people have, and that I should take full advantage. I know that modelling is not an easy industry and there are a lot of unscrupulous agencies out there. Although I don't have direct modelling experience I am associated with people who are involved in the industry, my brother is a celebrity hair stylist and I have another associate who is a local fashion designer.

I am currently seeking work in all areas of the industry: runway modelling, commercial catalogues, fashion magazines, commercial advertisements etc. I am currently attending high school so I will only be available after school hours or on weekends, although I may also be able to do out of province gigs during the holiday season, March break and summer holidays.
