Hi,

My name is Kelly and I'm a professional photographer and makeup artist in Los Angeles, California. I just moved here from Portland, Oregon and I am looking to use Model Mayhem to find co-collaborators; I am always on the lookout for new models for shoots (specifically fashion) and designers to work with. My style is documentary/natural. I love conceptual editorial work and documentary work; my photos skew on the side of catching natural emotion and giving a sense of 'realness'. I especially love shooting fashion stories in the outdoors with natural lighting, but I enjoy studio work as well. I am different from a lot of other photographers as I shoot on film and use all manual techniques. I believe film gives a richness to photos that's unmatched.

I've been photographing professionally for the past 7 years all over: Chicago, San Francisco, Europe, Portland, LA, Boston and Lake Tahoe to name a few. I graduated from Columbia College Chicago where I studied filmmaking and photography.

Photography is my true passion in life and I love working with people who feel the same about their own craft, be it modeling, designing, makeup artistry or other skill--I think that passion is what makes a really great team and produces the best work.
