Hello everyone, My name is Nely Estrada. I'm an experienced Freelance makeup artist based out of Orange County CA, with 7+ years of makeup experience. I currently travel to different locations for makeup jobs and projects.

I specialize in Bridal makeup, Glamour, formal, photoshoots, fashion shows, special occasions, headshots, commercial, everyday makeup and media. My makeup style consist of very classy natural looks that emphasize people's beauty to dramatic avant-garde fun artsy looks and everything in between. I can also do tattoo cover-ups and special effects such as scars, burns, etc.... I believe that there's no such thing as a right way to apply makeup. Every look is based on the inspiration of what the theme will be. What inspires me the most is peoples survival, emotional, and sexual drives for their image and desired look. I believe that makeup is a great way to enhance beauty, as well as hide or show different emotions. Art is all around us and I believe that all of us on a daily basis paint a face on whether it is with makeup, emotions or fantasies.

Most of my makeup experience originated from working with the prestigious M.A.C. Cosmetics for over 6 years, in which I was able to excel in their advanced certifications. Currently, I am independent makeup artist, flexible to venture into new projects and journeys. I'm hoping to work with media/film, photographers, models, hair stylists and people with similar interests or anyone creative. I am a full-time makeup artist. I take each opportunity seriously and prefer to work with paid jobs or trade services. I'm really easy going, friendly, hard working and responsible.
