My name is Chris and I've been a photography addict for as long as I can remember.

As a child I was fascinated by anything that had photography, calendars, magazines, record sleeves etc. I would study them for hours building a feeling of how form and tone made pleasing images. Later I would annoy my school friends by photographing them constantly even before I started studying photography and art at GSCE level. I progressed from there to A-level photography, where I converted my bedroom into a darkroom, not recommended for your health, but great to spend hours experimenting with smelly chemicals and various grades of paper. I then studied photography at degree level at a time when we were told "digital photography will never replace film, the resolution is too poor". I'd like to think learning this way helped me understand what happens in front of the camera rather than relying on photoshop to fix things.

I joined this site as I would like to start connecting with models and MUAs as I start to build my passion into a business. I would like to build up my portfolio with new and exciting images so I'm open to TFCD for like minded people.

I'm also a web designer, so if anyone is after a portfolio website I would be happy to discuss my very reasonable rates.
