I work under the name Peculiar People which stands for unique, fun, cool and originality, something that also reflects who i am as a person. I have been styling hair for 5 years and have worked with many different artists, models, designers and photographers in the Greater Toronto Area. My passion for beauty steamed from my childhood, where i was freakishly obsessed with putting knots into Barbies hair or re-designing her wardrobe with my prettiest socks, it was MEANT to be. My passion later carried through high school and there after when i decided to take my talents to another level. I completed a hairstyling program at Marca College where i perfected my abilities to style hair.
It makes me feel so complete when i know i have made someone else feel so great and uplifted. From just pulling my clients hair back into a pony to showcase their beauty, to installing a full weave and having that client look in the mirror and be so impressed with my ability to make them look so refreshed and rejuvenated is priceless.
