I am currently enrolled in Alberta College of Art+ Design as first year student. the reason I join mayhem is because I need to find models for shooting to build up my portfolio.

These words have always been inspiring to me throughout my journey with photography. When I picked up my first camera- a second-hand Olympus DSLR, I had never thought of today, being accepted by an art school, and feeling agitated about entering the competitive major of photography.
For the past two years, I have mainly focused on portrait photography and travel photography. Every time I captured moments, I always felt the improvements. This is also why I never gave up my dream of being a photographer.
In June 2012, I started my journey of backpacking to three countries: Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. For one month and seven days, I saw the smile from children in Cambodia; I felt the kindness and sincerity from every person I met in Thailand; In Vietnam, I observed the most spectacular sunrise I have ever seen; Thanks to my camera, for being able to capture the optimism of humanity in extreme poverty, and the spectacle of earth and civilization.
