Elle Hickman is a freelance Make-up Artist based in Richmond, Virginia. As a self-taught MUA she is quickly climbing her way up the the ladder of the fashion/beauty industry. "I love the creativity and freedom that I have with makeup. It serves as an outlet, allowing me to be who I am- an artist."
