Cedric Charles CEO of Charles & Associates began taking photographs in 1972 while serving in the US Marine Corps documenting his travels throughout countries like Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand and the Philippines. Singapore. Australia and Kodiak Alaska were also places of interest.

After his time in the military and returning home to St. Louis Missouri he kept his interest in photography by doing weddings and portraits. Later events and functions like parties, little league teams and soon clients requested his services for banquets, anniversaries, reunions and many other events. He formed a small business and named it Charles & Associates Imaging Productions.

Turn of events relocated Cedric to St. Robert Missouri about two hours south of The Lou (St. Louis) on US Highway 44. Reason being with most of his clients in The Lou, two hours away and not being able to get away for some engagements Cedric referred clients to other photographers he knew if he himself was unable to handle the event.

Networking with friends and family through out Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma on photo events Charles & Associates turned out to be the perfect name for the business.
