I am a medically retired U.S. Army Soldier, and widowed father of two, finding myself in the middle of a career change. This page used to be my wife's, but I am converting it to reflect my work as she passed away in January 2013. My wife and I ran a photography business on the side, and I would like to continue her dream of one day having a full fledged studio as a way to honor her memory. I am a chef by trade, but since the passing of my wife, the long hours demanded by the food service industry are no longer an option. I am currently back in college studying professional photography, digital imaging, and visual communications at Cecil College, with the plan to transfer to Drexel or University of Delaware once I complete my AAS.

I would like to work with models who are just starting out in the industry as I am. I am by no means at the professional level yet, but I'm not exactly an amateur either. Photography has been a hobby of mine ever since the days of film and dark rooms. I would prefer to work on a TFP basis as I am on a very fixed income at the moment, but I am not against funding some costs as long as they are reasonable. I am interested in any type of shoot that a model would be willing to do. I really would like to create a few "one of a kind" or "controversial" images to help make a name for myself in the industry.

I know that I am just breaking out into the industry, but please give me a chance. I may not know everything yet, but my knowledge and skill grows every day. You may just be surprised the new tricks this old dog has learned!
