"Reality Ends Here" These words were scrawled over the entrance to the old Cinema and Television Building on the campus of the University of Southern California. I'm not talking about the fancy new state of the art facility George Lucas built, but the old horse stables converted into classrooms I attended. I have made a living with a camera for over 20 years now, and have found no matter what I am shooting that statement some how rings true.

My work includes shooting stills of people, products, and portraits; capturing athletic, cultural, and political events; photographing models, actors, musical acts, concerts, and dance. Eariler in my career I adventured down the path of a camera assitant on movies of the week, commercials, and episodic televison. I put my own eye to the lens of music videos, doumentaries, docudramas, television news, weather and sports.

However I think one of my most enjoyable experiences is working with one person on the other side of the lens to create a something fun, unique or impactful. I hope Model Mayhem is an outlet for just such an endevour.
