I customarily shoot with a female assistant for my own comfort when photographing subjects that are not already known and established in the industry. My sole interest like any other reputable photographer is to create great photographs.***

As indicated in my profile info, I am an established "Very Experienced" Atlanta photographer that shoots "Paid Assignments Only." However, on very rare occasions I offer free TFP/CD photo sessions to very select individuals that have a look that matches a concept that I want to create. Please understand, to avoid copycat attempts at shooting my concepts if we do not end up working together, I will only give you necessary basic info about what I want to shoot.

CAUTION TO ASPIRING MODELS:
Learn to distinguish the difference in actual working professional photographers and "GWC's" (Guys With Cameras). Some hints are notice if the person has an actual studio (a small room in their house or apartment does not count) and has a website that has actual samples of obviously paid photographic assignments. Realize that the words "I only like to shoot in natural light" usually translate into "I don't have a studio or lighting." Notice if there is clearly a traceable name of the photographer indicated on the profile here on Model Mayhem. Be very cautious of anyone that insists that you come to a paid or especially unpaid photo shoot alone. These are a few basic hints that can help you avoid wasting time with people that are not going to be able to photograph you in a flattering manner and keep you safe from people that are just looking for a voyeur opportunity to get you out of your clothing. Please be aware that there are individuals that will not meet the above criteria that could still be talented. Just be extra careful if they don't meet the above criteria. I have already seen Model Mayhem bad situations argued on television court shows. I am hoping that I never see a Model Mayhem violent crime on the nightly news.
