Who is TREINA Treina started out as a young child that loved to dress up in her mom’s heels and put on her make up. From this she was inspired to and developed a sensational and fresh eye for fashion and thus began modeling at the young age of 12 years old. In her modeling career Treina became fierce and someone to be reckoned with as she struts her gorgeous self down the runway. Her body makes any design look unforgettably Magnificent. She has strutted for the likes of Mary Moore of Flip Jeans, Danielle-Fashionably Unpredictable, Linton Johnson III, STRUT, as well as worn her own designs and an array of other designers. Her career has exposed her to runway modeling, high fashion, commercials, photo shots by Ralph Murphy, Anthony Tony, Ronnie McKay, Trinia, and a multitude of other photographers, and editorials.
Treina also has press releases for her talents as a model instructor, which she exhibits and exudes a passion for. Being a model instructor since 2008 Treina has had over 200 students located through out the city of Chicago. Her primary base is on the West of the city where her students range in ages 3-17, adults and all genders. Treina is very flexible and committed to her modeling instructing usually consist of being contracted for group or individual sessions. So if you are a beginner or just need a refresher’s course Treina is available.
Being in the environment of Make-upstry and Hair designing Treina naturally gravitated towards being An All Around talent and is a phenomenal Make-up artist and Licensed Natural Hair Designer. She has professionally and courageously applied make-up for an entire wedding party, which she truly smoked. She also has created make-up designs for photo shots, fashion shows, editorials and more.
One of Treina’s other All Around Talents is being a Personal Fashion Stylist. She has been doing this since her high school days, and always brings fresh, creative, fun, exciting, relevant, Old Hollywood and classic ensembles. As she moves forward with her styling abilities she only gets better and better. Some of her creativity needs to be bottled and patented because it is so Awesome. The colors, the accessories, make-up and hair designing being done by one person means Wow, you are a Total package for whatever event you are being styled for.
Also to add to Treina’s All Around Talents is TV. Yes this young fierce mover and shaker has hosted live TV shows such as, Global City Unity Models. This program is designed to unite our communities through the artistry of modeling. She hosted Global City Unity Hip Hop and R&B. She collectively brought together Rappers of diverse styles along with R&B singers committed to again uniting communities through the oh so important ARTS. Treina believes that with these forms of Arts being available to the youth our future looks very bright indeed. Music has always been a vehicle for her to express herself since a very young age through the singing of her Great-grandmother who sang in a Gospel group. She feels right at home on any Mic. She is also a dynamic poet, winning awards as early as the fifth grade. Treina is ever changing, confident, self-motivated, highly-intelligent, eager, dedicated and well-spoken professional.
