About Me

I currently direct a non-profit mentorship program for teen women named The Marissa Mission. We foster young women in a nourishing and playful environment, encouraging development into vibrant, confident and healthy women through Improvisational Tribal Style Belly Dance, Yogic Practice, Expressive Art, Sisterhood and empowering life skills. I have been dancing my whole life and found belly dance at the age of 16 and fell in love. It made me feel so much more comfortable in my skin and my curves. I'm a student at PSU majoring in Child and Family Services and a certified yoga instructor. Modeling helps me to promote my program and provides a fun activity in between classes.
