Some say Samantha Carter is the next big thing in makeup, but she says she is just your everyday girl. Samantha was born in Birmingham, AL to Samuel & Janis Carter. Since an early age she has known that she has a passion for fashion and make-up. Sam-I-Am is a natural when it comes to making you beautiful. Having first begun working as a freelance artist at the age of 16, Samantha has grown to become a well respected professional make-up artist in the Southeast. Her works include, facials, eyelashes, airbrushing, exotic/traditional makeovers (Levels 1 & 2 transformations) just to name a few, there is no job to large or small for her and her team, Sam-I-Am.
