I'm a professional photographer, but photography is not my business at the present time. Now my professional intererest has not commercial pourpose. I'm more interested in artistic collaboration projects with models, photographers, artists, hair/stylism/makeup and bodypainting professionals, dancers, performers, or any other kind of artist or cretive people from arts, show business, imaging, fashion, sports, etc. ...
My goals at ModelMayhem are to show my work to other people who would be interested about it and to know other professionals and their work, to make possible to contact other people, and to collaborate in photographic and other artistic projects.
I studied photography at EMAV (Escola de Mitjans AudioVisuals) in Barcelona and I took some other specialliced photography courses in other photography schools.
I'm an active member of the Reial Cercle Artístic of Barcelona and of the Secció Fotogràfica del Grup d'Estudis Sitgetans.
I have organized and curated some photography exhibitions, I have been member of the jury/organization of several photographic contests and photographic festivals organization, and I have some activity as a "photographic activist" in my regional/local area.
I'm also an occasional writing journalist and photojournalist and I publish some articles related to photography or to other subjects and news in the local and regional press.
Until the present, the last 20 years I have been working at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (as an Audiovisual Studies librarian).
My background experience include other artistic studies and some other projects in some creative subjects or other practices like engraving, drawing and sculpture related projects, dance, theather, or performance creating or collaborating, and other activities like cameraman in other video collaborations.
