JAZMEEN is redefining contemporary sophistication for women with curves. Born out of designer Jazmin Jackson’s lifelong love of fashion, JAZMEEN is an American fashion company known for exquisite prints and colors, luxurious fabrics and flattering fit. Sophisticated and youthful, the line embodies self confidence with an effortless vibe.

After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I also studied costume design, fashion patternmaking and draping under the university’s graduate costume production program, I moved to Pittsburgh & entered the corporate world working at BNY Mellon to save money and start my fashion company from the ground up, while simultaneously experiencing firsthand the fashionable needs of today’s professional woman.

Tired of the lack of sophisticated and stylish clothing for women with curvy figures, I noticed a gap in the marketplace of womenswear. After two years of people-watching and observing how poorly clothes fit women, intent on establishing her own design business, I leased a studio office and developed patterns that fit and flatter curvy women of various sizes.

With my love of bold fabrics and beautiful clothes that are well made, JAZMEEN was born. “I love dressing in contradiction – feminine & masculine, modern and timeless, bold prints and subdued colors.”
