My name is Rodrigo Velez and I am a Freelance Hair and Makeup Artist. I graduated from the Aveda Institute of South Florida with a Master Cosmetology certificate. My specialty is Updo's (bridal,prom, etc. and Makeup. I also do hair coloring, cutting, highlights, etc. I work in the Pembroke pines, Hollywood, north Miami, and Miami shores area. My accomplishment currently is working with the Miami Dolphin Cheerleaders doing hair for a photo shoot and hair and makeup for a fashion show, and doing makeup for a independent film.
