About Me

I'm 19
Love working out and playing football. At the age of 17 I joined a gym and started working out, I followed a good training programme and a good diet and my physique then started transforming.

Something that started off as a hobby for me has now turned into a passion and this is what I now live and breathe for. I went on to become a Personal Trainer and started working in a gym, working with many people of all different body types with all different goals. Training one on one in gym and also training groups of people 10+ outdoors changing their lives helping them reach their goals.
