Hello, I am (yet) an(other) aspiring photographer, living in Columbia, S.C. and am looking to bulk up my portfolio. I've been taking pictures, portraits mostly, for over two years and have built myself a nice portable studio. My main reason for joining this website is to try and reach out to local Models. I need new faces. I've taken so many pictures of my friends and family that I know all of their blemishes, lines, and wrinkles, and while yes that might be an overly romantic platitude, it fails to offer variety. I need challenging shots, something to push my skill forward both behind the camera and behind the computer screen. My goal is to simple: it's to impress myself. I want to look at a picture that I took and be amazed at the result. I think I feel like I've reached a decent experience level, but I know there's a higher level far past where I'm at both in knowledge and execution and I'm hoping that the community here can help me get there. I shoot with a Canon D5 (full frame sensor) and like I said earlier, my studio can be easily transported so if you want a session and you live somewhat nearby please don't hesitate to contact me. Also any and all criticism of my photographs will be met with an open mind, a humble outlook, and a thankful voice.
