Naturally possesing charisma and relateability Rizo nurtured her artistic abiltity in the comfort of Berkeley.Raised specifically on the waterfront she had always been ahead of her time,exposed to the rugged streets of the bay area but because of berkeley also the legalities.

She has held many influential positions in her community, not only impacting berkeley but citizens state wide.Being at the fragile age of 19 she now is expanding her horizons and the promise the constitution made ensuring her that "she can be all that she can be and want to be" as she states, "I still find each day too short for all the thoughts I want to think, all the walks I want to take, all the books I want to read, and all the friends I want to see.I love life because what more is there."
