About Me

I am an energetic and highly motivated individual who loves exercise, sports and dance of all forms. Currently I work as a trainer and group instructor helping people of all shapes and sizes achieve the level of fitness they have always desired. Watching my clients progress towards something they thought only existed in dreams has helped me to realize that I can do the same for myself. I have always been inspired to pursue modeling and believe that now is the time to live the dream and become the fitness model I always wanted to be.
