As a filmmaker and well rounded artist, I know I am called to capture beautiful moments of life through my lens. I am currently pursuing my BFA in Motion Picture and Television Production at Western Carolina university.

I've always been (and always will be) "That photographer" The one that always has to have a strap and never has extra flash batteries. The one that shoots on a Sony a580 and buys vintage Minolta lenses. The one that collects enough props and costumes that her roommate threatens to tape them to the ceiling. The one that sits for 5 hours in Starbucks fine tuning the quality and color of all her favorite shots until closing time, with a soy chai latte in hand. The one that just wants to be the best artist she can be.

I also occasionally model and am almost always willing to do collaborative shoots. Some of my models that I use often are actually fellow photographers. I am also willing to learn new skills for shoots as I've recently learned archery for one.

Stylistically I'm experimental with various concepts for different situations. I'm pretty much up for everything. I tend to shoot a lot of headshots and some family portraits as well as conceptual shoots. I also really love light painting and am always looking for an artist to work with.

I like models that have a personality that they can bring to my shoot. I like features that are unusual, bold expressive eyes, fun hair, and strong cheekbones. My models usually have to have a face that holds makeup well, especially in more artistic creative work as I was formerly a face painter and always did my own makeup when I model.
