Gathaiya Njoora is a photographer based out of Vancouver BC Canada. His line of work focuses on portrait, live band and event photography. He combines his technical and conceptual training in photography from his studies at the University of British Columbia , where he graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree as a Visual Arts major.

Since graduation he has worked as a freelance and volunteer photographer, working with great venues, bands and theatres. With a real joy and passion for capturing portraits, he is able to capture vibrant and exciting images, whether it is a fast paced environment or a formal function. New styles, models, people and gigs is something he thrives on while providing quality photos.
