About Me

My name is Benjamin Soto Ortiz. I attended High School of Fashion Industries and FIT College. I started out as a model for Ralph Lauren in the 80s and had the opportunity to intern with designer Bill Blass. I have always had a passion for Fashion and Photography but I’ve always preferred to be behind the camera. I thank my mother for introducing me to fashion/photography because she always looked divine and she always carried a Kodak camera with her to friends parties in order capture the moments. Recently, I co-founded Platinum Style Magazine in order to showcase my visual work and present it to a broader group of people. I’m here at Model Mayhem in order to network with new and professional talent
