My name is Alisha and in the short time that I have owned my camera and started learning about photography, I have gained more knowledge than I expected and I have thoroughly enjoyed the journey so far to being able to call myself a Professional Photographer.

Assignments that I have worked on so far are in the fashion, glamour, maternity, couple/engagement, band/musician, landscape and pet genres and I am about to take on my first couple of weddings soon (sooooo excited!!). So, really, I can cover a whole bunch of types of photography. As I said, I really love shooting and I'm so open to new and wonderful things. I'm a research maniac so once I have a project I do a bit of research and make sure I'm prepared for the shoot.

One thing that I would like to work on is photographing MALES! I haven't had much experience in this sector and I really need some photos for my portfolio.

My main goal for the near future is to break into the wedding photography business. I love taking pictures of couples and to be there on their wedding day, taking pictures when everyone is ridiculously happy and dolled up would be my dream job. I can't think of anything more soul-satisfying.

I edit all my photos. I am a retoucher.

I am interested in all projects, but I would like to mention that I really appreciate people who are well organised as it makes the whole process so much easier. I am willing to travel, the distance depends on the project and if the travel costs are covered. I am willing to work on select projects for TFP.
