1 other thing Cindy requests from photographers is to receive a few raw images to learn and improve on her skills as an artist. No one learns from photoshop! Personal use only to critic own work.

"For all the Photographers who "think they rock" at Photoshop, please understand and acknowledge the fact that, that what is "acceptable" photo-shopping for a Photographers book is often not acceptable for a makeup artists book. I know that you've got skills and have probably even had people compliment you on your retouching in YOUR book. But in the makeup industry, even semi-obvious photo-shopping makes Agents, clients, Art Directors, etc. Wonder how bad was the makeup. There is a huge amount of over edited images on this site. In my opinion there's an entirely new genre out there of photographers that should be classified as going after the "cartoon effect" The human face is a 3 dimensional object. Over editing where natural shadows from facial curvature of the face are removed as well as mega skin blur really only points out that you need to master lighting and or work with better models".
