My name is Michelle, I am a young freelance photographer, with a passion for photography. I strive to always preform to the best of my abilities, pushing my creative boundaries at every opportunity. I approach every photoshoot with only a professional attitude, no matter the size.

I started out doing modelling, which has given me the understanding of the pressure there can be on the model at photo shoots. After a few photo shoots with up and coming photographers, I wanted to know what it was like to be behind the camera instead of in front of it, I then bought my first DSLR, a Nikon D3000. Although this was the bottom of the range, it kept up while I was learning! I practiced shooting with my sister, who is a brilliant model and always there to help!

I had the privilege to have a studio session with Alina Alexandra, and the superb one on one help from Damo Guy, which boosted my confidence greatly! From there, I’ve worked with a number of fantastic models, Make-up artists and Hair Stylists. All of which I will happily give references for!

After a short time I also used my photography skills and love for babies, I started taking photos for friends and family. This is also a direction I would love to head and am always on the lookout for new baby models. After all of that I purchased the business name “Emjay’s Creations” Which has unfortunately resulted in the loss of a few clients and of course I am working very hard to bring them back. I now have a D600 which has helped me produces some of my most favourite Images.

I offer very reasonable rates to suit all types of people, themes and sessions! I offer limited TF* though very happy to offer discounted rates to model sessions organised through Model Mayhem. (This is only for model shoots. This discount cannot be used for any other type of photoshoot.)

All photo shoots that I am the photographer for will have a model release form that must be read and understood. To be signed on the day of the photo shoot.
