Even though he’s now known as a ‘makeup artist to the stars’ who glams up celebrities for the Oscars and hit TV shows like So You Think You Can Dance, Roy Haidar still loves the personal side of his work that allows him to interact with everyday women. As international makeup artist for Jemma Kidd, he ranks teaching consumers how to achieve the perfect smoky eye or an even complexion among his greatest accomplishments. And luckily for St. Louis, Haidar will be in town Sept. 10 for the The Press Club of Metropolitan St. Louis’ Face the Nation event at Neiman Marcus.
