I DO NOT pay models unless I contact you for a shoot that I am being commissioned to do. Period. Don't ask me to do a shoot and then tell me "your rates are reasonable". I am worth just as much hourly as you are, probably more. If this offends you, sorry. But that is just how it is. So, if you have an idea that you want to shoot collaboratively let me know. I am always looking for awesome themes to shoot. The images will be shared with all involved.

So, a little bit about myself.
I am happily married to my beautiful wife, and father of an awesome little baby boy!
I am a local business owner here in Wilmington where I focus on fine art and also applying award winning custom paint jobs to motorcycles and vehicles. I have won numerous awards and have appeared in many national and international publications for my artwork on motorcycles. But mostly, I am an artist...
I am also a semi-pro photographer. I have been shooting digital for over 10 years now. I still break out the old 35mm film and my medium format cameras every now and then just to keep the rust and dust off of them and myself. But everything you will see here will be shot digitally.

I am a Canon man, through and through, (unless shooting medium format film of course) and my equipment is professional grade. I like to work with as little equipment as possible usually, so we probably will not have a full production team on every shoot but we will use what is necessary to get our collective vision to image.

I do not mind if a model brings a tag-along / escort / chaperon / bodyguard / friend / confidant / or other person. I generally have an assistant on hand during shoots anyway. Just make sure they are not going to interfere with the shoot in ANY way.

I like to joke around and have fun during my shoots. I also like music during shoots if possible, so bring along your Ipod if you have any favorite tunes you want to jam out with. It helps the model(s) feel relaxed and/or energized, and that shows in the final images.

I make the majority of my living in another field (still art based), so my time for photography is limited. I am very serious about getting the images in my photography shoots and treat it just like any other business. I will not schedule you for a shoot and back out last minute, unless there is an emergency. And would ask that you be just as courteous to me. My time is just as valuable as yours, and it is good business to honor your agreements anyway!
