About Me

My name is Laura Charles and I am a photographer in New York. I started photographing everything from the age of 13. I received my first NIKON camera from my dad and could not put it down. As an experienced photographer I have enjoyed taking pictures of people especially children. I believe that candid photos tell a story in a photograph that cannot be described with words. I am experienced in head shots, children, wedding photography and special events photography. I have photographed key people such as Maya Angelou and have been hired by universities for special events and head shots for CEOs of their company.
